
Knights of Columbus
Maryville Knights of Columbus Council #6625 is a Catholic Fraternal Orginization dedicated to promoting and conducting educational, charitable, religious, and social welfare works for our members and community.
The Knights meet the second and fourth Mondays of the month in the parish center at 7:00 PM.

This men's group supports the parish though prayer and service. They meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the parish center.
They host the annual Chicken Dinner, Santa Breakfast, Easter Egg Hunt, and more at MPH.

St. Anne's Altar Society
This women's group supports the parish through prayer and service and supplies the needs of the Altar and Sanctuary. The Altar Society hosts the annual Cookie Sale, Palm Sunday Bake Sale, and other exciting events.
Ladies of the parish are invited to join this lively group of women for prayer and service planning on the first Monday of the month at 7:00 PM. No meetings in January and February.
Well Read Mom Book Club
Well-Read Mom accompanies women in the reading of great books and spiritual classics to encourage personal growth, friendship, and meaningful conversations in order to explore the
human condition and reorient ourselves to what is good, beautiful, and true.
Well-Read Mom groups read one book per month and meet to discuss once a month. Book selections for each year correspond to the themes of a woman's life. This year we are excited to dive into the theme of “teacher.”

Hand quilters meet on Wednesdays in the parish center at 9:00 AM. Handmade quilts are raffled off at various parish events.

Altar Server
Altar servers help the priest during Mass. Children may begin serving after they receive 1st Communion through college age. If your child would like to serve please constact the parish office.
Children's Liturgy
Adult volunteers take children, ages four and up to those who have not received First Holy Communion, to the church atrium during the Liturgy of the Word at the 10:30 AM Mass.
Extraordinary Ministers
Extraordinary Ministers assist the priest in the distribution of the Holy Eucharist and Precious Blood at Mass. To join this ministry please contact Chuck Hinkel or call the parish office.
Ushers
Ushers at MPH greet those coming into church for Mass, offer assistance to those in need, and distribute parish bulletins. Ushers will take up the gifts or ask a family to do this. They also pass the collection basket and help guide parishioners during Communion. To join our usher team, please call the parish office to be added to the schedule.
Lectors
Lectors proclaim the Word of God at our parish liturgies. To join this ministry, please contact Tom McGranahan or the parish office.
Music Ministry
Music ministers are led by our Director of Liturgical Music, Denise Guetterman. This ministry is divided into three groups: adult choir, youth choir, schola, cantors, and instrumentals. The ability to read music is not required to participate in any of the ministries which involve singing.
Eucharistic Adorers
All are welcome to spend time with the Blessed Sacrament in our Perpetual Adoration Chapel. Please call the parish office for access information.
Homebound Ministers
Ministers bring Holy Communion to homebound parishioners whether they are at home, in the hospital, or in a retirement home.

Funeral Luncheons
Providing a meal, when it is requested, in our parish center for the family of deceased parishioners. We have teams that rotate providing the meals. If you would like to be added to a team or be the leader of one, please call the office or Altar Society president.
Garden Club
Each garden on the parish grounds is assigned to a group. Each group is responsible for weeding, trimming, and general upkeep for their garden throughout the year.
The Little Ways
The Little Ways is answering the call for a meal train program and home visits by parishioners due to injury or the welcoming of a new child. Parishioners in need may call the parish office to set up this service. Please call the office if you would like to donate a meal or two when requested.
Arts & Environment
Plans and creates the beautiful decor for the church for the liturgical season.
Building & Grounds
An advisory board designed to monitor the parish buildings and grounds. They obtain bids for projects that need to be done and put together a five year plan for maintenance and repairs of our parish property.
Candle Helpers
Helpers change the devotional candles, candles by the statues, candles on the altar, and altar cloths as needed throughout the week.
Collection Counters
Teams gather on Sunday morning to count the weekly offering and make the deposit at the bank.
Finance Council
An advisory board designed to assist in financial matters of the parish. They approve the budget and year-end financial reports for the diocese, in addition to looking over the monthly finance reports of the parish.
Pastoral Council
An advisory board designed to consult with the pastor regarding aspects of parish life.
S.O.S. Soup Kitchen
Volunteers prepare and serve food at the S.O.S. Soup Kitchen in Collinsville. Keep an eye out for opportunities to get involed in our bulletin or call the parish office to donate or help.
Quilters
Hand quilters meet on Wednesdays in the parish center at 9:00 AM. Handmade quilts are raffled off at various parish events.
MPH for Life
MPH for Life focuses on right to life issues. They hold prayer services, pray at the local abortion clinic, support the local pregnancy center, and more. Everyone is invited to join.
Heavenly Dusters
Volunteers dust, swiffer, vacuum, and clean the church. Dusters are split into groups and rotate weekly.
