Dearly Newly Engaged,
On behalf of Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, I am happy to congratulate you on your recent engagement to marriage. Please fill out the information section below and review the requirements that is attach in a document. Please submit your information as soon as possible. Upon reception of this information, our Marriage Coordinator will reach out to you to get you set up with our Marriage Prep program. If you need any help, our parish staff will be happy to assist you. Please know of my prayers and gratitude for you, and again, congratulations!

Please complete and return the Marriage Document to the parish office at least 6 months before you would like to be married. The choice of a date and time are made in conjunction with the pastor only. Due to the regularly scheduled Sacrament of Reconciliation and Saturday Vigil Mass, the latest a wedding may begin is 1:00 PM. There will be several preparation sessions before the sacrament is celebrated. Our parish policy and guidelines as well as diocesan requirements will be discussed during your first meeting with the Marriage Prep Coordinator.

Witness to Love
Witness to Love is a Catholic marriage prep program that helps equip engaged couple with tools to navigate challenges throughout their marriage with the help and guidance of a mentor couple.
I'm Engaged! What's next?!
This can be a little overwhelming, but don't worry! We will walk you through it all.
First fill out the info form at the bottom of the page, someone from the office will call you to get you started. In the meantime, call the parish that you were baptized at and have your baptism records mailed to our office.
Once these are in you will be able to schedule a meeting with Father Rob to set a date.
You will also need a mentor couple to journey with you during engagement. Please check out the marriage prep tab to see requirements for a mentor couple.
